The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order prescribes persons who must have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers under section 5(1) of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 in relation to restorative justice.
