In accordance with section 122(6) of the 2008 Act and paragraph 6(2) and (3) of schedule 19 of the 2020 Act, the Scottish Ministers consider that these Regulations need to be made urgently, without a draft having been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.

Subject to regulation 3, the instruments listed in the schedule are revoked.

Saving provision

Nothing in these Regulations applies in relation to a person who arrived in Scotland before these Regulations come into force (and accordingly, the instruments listed in the schedule continue to have effect in relation to such a person).
