The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 130(2) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019[^f00001].

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Amendment Regulations 2023 and come into force on 30 November 2023.

Amendment of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023

(1) The Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023[^f00002] are amended as follows.

(2) In the table in the schedule, in the entry for section 69 (interpretation of Part 6), in column 3 (appointed day), for “11 December 2022” substitute “11 December 2023”.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023 (“the 2023 Regulations”) in order to correct a clerical error.

Regulation 2(2) amends the date appointed by the 2023 Regulations for the coming into force of section 69 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019.
