The Court of Session makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879[^f00001] and all other powers enabling it to do so:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Sederunt appoints the judges who may hear appeals under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Act 1879. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2013 which previously made such provision.
