The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Offshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing Methods) (Scotland) Order 2025 and comes into force on 16 October 2025.
