The Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4) Revocation Regulations 2025

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(2) of the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4) Revocation Regulations 2025 and come into force on 15 December 2025.
Revocation

The Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2025[^f00002] are revoked.

Explanatory note

Explanatory Note
These Regulations revoke the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2025 which would have brought into force section 6 of the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (“the Act”) on 16 December 2025. As a result section 6 will no longer come into force on 16 December 2025.
Section 6 of the Act requires the Scottish Ministers to have regard to the national Good Food Nation Plan when exercising a specified function or a function falling within a specified description.
