The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2025

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 97(2) and (3) of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 31 March 2025.
Amendment of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025

- (1) The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025[^f00002] are amended as follows.
- (2) In regulation 1(2) (citation and commencement), after “12” insert “to 15”.

Explanatory Note
These Regulations amend the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025 (“the Principal Regulations”) and come into force on 31 March 2025.
The Principal Regulations were amended by the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Amendment Regulations 2025 (S.S.I. 2025/73) (“the Amendment Regulations”). Regulation 2(2) of the Amendment Regulations inserted regulations 13 to 15 into the Principal Regulations.
Regulation 2(2) of these Regulations amends regulation 1(2) of the Principal Regulations to include reference to regulations 13, 14 and 15 in that provision, ensuring that they will come into force on 1 April 2025.
