The Court of Session makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by section 57(2) of the Representation of the People Act 1983[^f00001] and all other powers enabling it to do so.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Sederunt appoints three judges to hear registration appeals under section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2025 which previously made such provision.
