Continuation of Housing Corporation with extended functions

Control by Corporation of dispositions of land by housing associations

except with the consent of the Corporation.

and may sell or lease individual dwellings to persons for their own occupation.

shall not exceed £400 million or such greater sum not exceeding £750 million as the Secretary of State may by order specify, and no such order shall be made unless a draft of it has been laid before and approved by the Commons House of Parliament.
