Nuclear ship rules.

For the purpose of enabling effect to be given to the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Annex to the 1974 Convention (nuclear ships), so far as those provisions are not implemented by or under any provision of the Merchant Shipping Acts 1894 to 1974, the Secretary of State may make such rules as he considers appropriate with respect to ships provided with nuclear power plants.
