Interest on Crown Agents' commencing capital debt: extension of " initial period ".

In section 17 of the Crown Agents Act 1979 (interest on Crown Agents commencing capital debt payable during initial period only if Secretary of State so determines)—

(a) in subsection (9), for the words from " five " to " seven " there shall be substituted the word " twelve " ; and

(b) subsection (10) shall cease to have effect.
