Increase of financial limit.

In section 13(3) of the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975 (which sets out the limit on the aggregate of certain amounts outstanding as regards the Scottish Development Agency), for the words “£700 million” (which were substituted by section 2(1) of the Industry Act 1981) there shall be substituted the words “ £1,200 million ”.
