Increase of financial limit

In section 18(3) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (financial limit for the Agency), for the words “£450 million” there shall be substituted the words “£700 million”.

Short title and extent

• (1) This Act may be cited as the Welsh Development Agency Act 1988.

• (2) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
