Release of record copy of Australian Constitution

The copy of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 which at the passing of this Act is on loan to the Commonwealth of Australia shall cease to be included in the public records to which the Public Records Act 1958 applies.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Australian Constitution (Public Record Copy) Act 1990.
