Increase of financial limit

In section 18(3) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (financial limit for Agency) for the words “£700 million” there shall be substituted the words “£950 million”.

Short title and repeals

(1) This Act may be cited as the Welsh Development Agency Act 1991.

(2) Section 2(2) of the Industry Act 1981 and the Welsh Development Agency Act 1988 (which relate to the financial limit of the Agency and are now superseded) are hereby repealed.
