Power to make orders as to fisheries for lobsters and other crustaceans

- (1) Section 1(1) of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 (which enables the Secretary of State to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish) is amended as follows.
- (2) After “clams” there is inserted “ , lobsters ”.
- (3) After “molluscs” there is inserted “ or crustaceans ”.
Short title and extent

- (1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) (Amendment) Act 1997.
- (2) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
