- “relevant chairman” means—in relation to proceedings brought before the Tribunal in England and Wales, the person appointed under paragraph 2 above,in relation to proceedings brought before the Tribunal in Scotland, the person appointed under paragraph 3 above, andin relation to proceedings brought before the Tribunal in Northern Ireland, the person appointed under paragraph 4 above.
