Eligibility for travel concessions: age

(a) persons who have attained the age of sixty years;

(a) who have attained the age of 60 years;

“elderly person” means a person who has attained the age of 60 years,

.

(“pensionable age”, in each case, having the meaning given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26)).
