(7A) (1) The Secretary of State may, having regard to the recommendations contained in the report of the Bew Review, decide to increase the total maximum amount of direct payments that could otherwise be granted in relation to the claim year 2020. (2) In this Article, the “report of the Bew Review” means the report entitled “Intra-UK Allocations Review” published on 6 September 2019.
