The Caravan Sites (Licence Applications) Order 1960

Coming into Operation: 29th August 1960

The Minister of Housing and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act, 1960, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—

This order may be cited as the Caravan Sites (Licence Applications) Order, 1960, and shall come into operation on the 29th day of August, 1960.

• (2) The Interpretation Act, 1889, shall apply to the interpretation of this order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

The particulars to be given by an applicant for a site licence under Part I of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act, 1960, shall be those required by the schedule to this order and shall be set out in the form indicated in that schedule or a form substantially to the like effect.
