The Administration of Justice Act 1965 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1965
Made: 26th July 1965
I, Gerald, Baron Gardiner, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Administration of Justice Act 1965, hereby make the following Order:—

The following provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1965 shall come into force on the 1st October 1965, that is to say—
- Part I;
- Section 30 and, in so far as it is not already in force, section 36;
- Schedule 1;
- Schedule 3 so far as it is not already in force.

This Order may be cited as the Administration of Justice Act 1965 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force on 1st October 1965 those provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1965 which are not yet in operation.
