The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 11(2) of the Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

The Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967 shall come into operation on the 15th August 1967.

This Order may be cited as the Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967 (Commencement) Order 1967.
