Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 14 of the Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1965, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

The Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1965 shall come into operation on 5th June 1967.

This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1965 (Commencement) Order 1967.
