The Slaughter of Poultry Act 1967 (Commencement) Order 1969
Made: 29th July 1969
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, acting jointly, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 9(3) of the Slaughter of Poultry Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Slaughter of Poultry Act 1967 (Commencement) Order 1969.

The Slaughter of Poultry Act 1967 shall come into force on 1st January 1970.
