Made: 13th November 1969
The Board of Trade, in pursuance of the power conferred upon them by section 15 of the Hearing Aid Council Act 1968, hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Hearing Aid Council Act (Commencement) Order 1969.

The Hearing Aid Council Act 1968 shall come into force on 29th December 1969.
