The Family Law Reform Act 1969 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1971
Made: 12th November 1971
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 28(3) of the Family Law Reform Act 1969, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Family Law Reform Act 1969 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1971.

Part III of the Family Law Reform Act 1969 shall come into force on 1st March 1972.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings Part III of the Family Law Reform Act 1969, which provides for the use of blood tests in determining paternity, into force on 1st March 1972.
