Made: 14th August 1972
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, acting jointly, in pursuance of section 27(3) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 and all their other enabling powers, hereby make the following order:—

This order may be cited as the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 (Commencement) Order 1972.

Section 18 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 (which section amends the power to obtain agricultural statistics by means of notices), and Schedule 6 to that Act so far as it relates to sections 77 and 78 of the Agriculture Act 1947, shall come into operation on 15th August 1972.
