The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 19(2) of the Land Charges Act 1972, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Land Charges Act 1972 (Commencement) Order 1972.

The Land Charges Act 1972 shall come into operation on 29th January 1973.
