Made: 8th August 1973

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 43(6) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1973.

Part III of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 shall come into operation on 1st September 1973.
