The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(2) of the International Cocoa Agreement Act 1973 hereby orders as follows:

This Order may be cited as the International Cocoa Agreement Act 1973 (Commencement) Order 1973.

The International Cocoa Agreement Act 1973 shall come into force on 1st October 1973.
