The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 21(1)(a) and (2) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Isle of Man) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1973.

Article 2 of the Sea Fisheries (Isle of Man) Order 1971[^f00001] shall be varied by the insertion of the figures “16” after the figures “14”.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Sea Fisheries (Isle of Man) Order 1971 to extend a further provision of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 to the Isle of Man.
