The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 9(3) of the Employment Medical Advisory Service Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

The Employment Medical Advisory Service Act 1972 shall come into operation on 1st February 1973.

This Order may be cited as the Employment Medical Advisory Service Act 1972 (Commencement) Order 1973.
