Made: 18th November 1975
The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 39(6) of the Industry Act 1975 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Industry Act 1975 (Commencement) Order 1975.

The provisions of the Act shall come into force on 20th November 1975.
