The Secretary of State in exercise of the power conferred by section 2(2) of the Hearing Aid Council (Extension) Act 1975 hereby orders as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Hearing Aid Council (Extension) Act 1975 (Commencement) Order 1975.

The Hearing Aid Council (Extension) Act 1975 shall come into operation on 29th December 1975.
