Made: 2nd December 1975

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19(2) of the Farriers (Registration) Act 1975, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Farriers (Registration) Act 1975 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1975.

The Farriers (Registration) Act 1975, except section 16, shall come into force on 1st January 1976.
