Made: 13th March 1975

In pursuance of section 49(2) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1975.

Part II of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972 shall come into operation on 12th April 1975.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into operation on 12th April 1975 Part II of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972, which provides for the reciprocal enforcement of claims for the recovery of Maintenance.
