The Secretary of State in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 6(2) of the Theatres Trust Act 1976 hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Theatres Trust Act (Appointed Day) Order 1976.

The day appointed for the purposes of the Theatres Trust Act 1976 is 21st January 1977.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
