The Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 (Commencement) Order 1977
Made: 10th January 1977
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13(3) of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—

This order may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 (Commencement) Order 1977.

The Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 shall come into operation on 3rd February 1977.
