The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975, hereby makes the following Rules:—

These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1978 and shall come into operation on 17th November 1978.

The Interpretation Act 1978 shall apply to these Rules as it applies to subordinate legislation made after the commencement of that Act.
3
In rule 13 of the Local Land Charges Rules 1977 after the word “Office” there shall be inserted the words “or, until the Lord Chancellor otherwise directs, clear and legible facsimiles of such forms”.
