Made: 29th March 1979
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(2) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 (Commencement) Order 1979.

The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 shall come into operation on 1st October 1979.
