The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 7(4) of the Stock Exchange (Completion of Bargains) Act 1976 hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Stock Exchange (Completion of Bargains) Act 1976 (Commencement) Order 1979.

The Stock Exchange (Completion of Bargains) Act 1976 shall come into force on 12th February 1979.
