In exercise of the power conferred by section 5(3) of the Public Lending Right Act 1979 and vested in me[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Public Lending Right Act 1979 (Commencement) Order 1980 and shall come into operation on 21st February 1980.

The Public Lending Right Act 1979 shall come into force on 1st March 1980.
