Made: 14th September 1981

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 13(3) of the Licensing (Alcohol Education and Research) Act 1981, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Alcohol Education and Research) Act 1981 (Commencement) Order 1981.

The Licensing (Alcohol Education and Research) Act 1981 shall come into operation on 1st October 1981.
