Made: 28th September 1981
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 89(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (Commencement) Order 1981.

The 30th October 1981 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 comes into force.
