Made: 21st November 1983
The Secretary of State, being satisfied that the duty of the Water Space Amenity Commission under paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Water Act 1983 has been discharged, in exercise of his powers under paragraph 10(2) of the said Schedule 2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—

This order may be cited as the Water Act 1983 (Dissolution of Water Space Amenity Commission) Order 1983.

On 1st December 1983 the Water Space Amenity Commission shall cease to exist.
