The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by 18(3) of the Transport Act 1981, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1981 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1983.

The 2nd August 1983 is hereby appointed as the day on which paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to the Transport Act 1981 comes into force.
