Coming into Operation: 20th August 1984

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 3(2) of the Pensions Commutation Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Commutation Act 1984 (Commencement) Order 1984.

The Pensions Commutation Act 1984 shall come into force on 20th August 1984.
