The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 55(3) of the Dentists Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Dentists Act 1984 (Commencement) Order 1984.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into operation on 1st January 1985 provisions of the Dentists Act 1984 relating to the Health Committee of the General Dental Council. These provisions are the last remaining provisions of that Act not already in operation.
