Made: 29th February 1984

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 41(2) of the National Heritage Act 1983, hereby makes the following order:—

This Order may be cited as the National Heritage Act (Commencement No. 5) Order 1984.

Sections 24 to 28 of the National Heritage Act 1983 (relating to the Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) shall come into force on 1st April 1984.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force on 1st April 1984 the provisions of the National Heritage Act 1983 relating to the Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens, so far as they are not already in force.
