The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Whereas a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 7(1) of the First Schedule to the Public Records Act 1958, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Commission for the New Towns) Order 1984.

All records of the Commission for the New Towns shall be treated as public records for the purposes of the Public Records Act 1958.
